Really surprising to find such an authentic Teochew Ngoh Hiang hawker with a wide variety of selection. The ingredients are fresh, temperature just right in frying up the Ngoh hiang; and the sauces authentic: can’t get enough of the pink sweet sauce and chilli sauce with grinder peanut. So exciting!
