Wanted to try non-chicken food from Poulet just for a change, and I think I will not do it again anytime soon π
The sea bass, though tender and light (as it should be), is too small and bland. The alfalfa topping is good but seemed to be an afterthought. I had french onion rice and mashed potato as sides (yes both carbs lol) which could be this dishβ only saving grace. But wouldnβt pay for this just to enjoy the sides π€·π»ββοΈ
