After an appointment near dhoby ghuat one day, i decided to explore Plaza Singapura for cheap lunch deals and i was handed the promo flyer by a lady from Typhoon Cafe with lunch promotions at $14.90 with a pot of tea and main. So i decided to go for the braised pork rice. Love the pork floss and pickles by the side that gave it an extra depth in texture. However the seasoning on the braised pork was on the blander side.

When the time came for the bill, i requested to pay by Nets as i do not have any cash or other cards with me. Unfortunately, they do not accept nets so i enquired about the nearest ATM so that i could withdraw cash. The manager then requested for me to leave my IC with him while i go to the ATM. I told him that i do not feel safe with leaving my IC but i can leave my bag behind. His attitude was bad and assumed that i would not pay. Then i called up Creative Eateries and confirmed that it is their standard protocool for customers to leave behind their IC if they are unable to pay on the spot. Very disappointed.
