The first thing you'd notice is probably the super generous thin slices of bittergourd in each bowl. It adds on just a touch of bitterness in the comforting soup but doesn't overwhelm it. No milk added in here and you get a good taste of the natural sweetness from the fish bones. For added on rice or noodles, it's a 50 cents top up.
