The only thing I would say is, don't even think about taking small bites of the squid and savouring it bit by bit. Just put the whole ring into your mouth and take your time chewing it to break down the really thin layer of the outer skin. Also I prefer my risotto to be a bit more cooked..not so much of an al dente rice fan. But other than that, it's tasteful and cheezy~ Yumz!
