A pity the yolk's a fully cooked, solidified one- no more 'eggporn' shots! 😢 Served in an aglio olio style, the cocciolini pasta is done to an al dente consistency, with firmness to the bite. The pulled pork slices were tender, meaty, juicy and well-braised, contributing to the bulk of the flavours in this dish. It would have been great if there were more bacon, instead of just a vulnerable little strip atop that seems to be more for visual purposes 😅. Said to be the best seller for the pasta offerings here, it was not too bad but I still preferred the spicy creamy ''mee siam' prawn linguine over this .
