Pity the doneness of the patty is well done instead of medium as it is not that moist as I expected it to be. The foie gras, being too thinly sliced, provided a very subtle decadent taste to the burger.
All vegetables are carefully selected from Japan and imported in to enhance the flavours. The burger is served with a special homemade tartar sauce which supposed to enhance the taste of beef and vegetables.
The soft buns, specially baked daily by"Asanoya Bakery" taste seriously good.
