Perhaps they've changed their chef since my last visit ages ago, but I'm enjoying Little Island Brewing Co's food offerings alot more now.

The fork-tender slices of wagyu brisket are topped with a creamy, pungent horseradish aioli and smothered in savoury brown sauce, then sandwiched between buttery brioche buns. In the mix as well are pickled red onions and crispy capers that lend crisp acidity, making each mouthful the perfect bite.
