One of the treats that I absolutely love is Apong Balik, or Apom Balik. These are popular sweet treats that are still sold by streets hawkers in Penang today. .

I remember I use to have it for breakfast when I was a kid, sadly such traditional street foods are long gone from Singapore's food scene. Am truly glad I can eat these again here now! 😊
