Have been patroning takagi ramen since they opened their first humble stall in amk coffee shop. Even tho they have now expanded, the quality of the food is still good and prices are kept affordable! I always order their Chashu-men ($8.50) with an additional tamago egg ($1). Each bowl of ramen even comes with a one time free top up upon request. The star of the show was the broth. It was light and creamy, just how I would like it to be. Overall Rating: 4/5✨
