I got the spicy level 3 which was just nice. Spicy yet not so numbing so I could still taste the broth. Chashu was of good standard, with a nice charred surface. But it was quite fatty. The broth was really ultimate. Lovely umami flavor with a tinge of sweetness. Hubby gave it 👍🏻
