Tiger Char Kway Teow this name came from the first generation hawker due to his name "Ah Hor" plus you can recognise them via the interesting abstract 🐯 signboard. Springy rice noodles, sizeable prawns, crunchy beansprouts, fried with duck egg gives it a more fragrant flavour. Wish there was stronger wok hei though.
