Battled against the Bibimbap for this and glad that I made the choice; the Bibimbap was good, but I definitely felt more satisfied with this. Pork was well marinated with sweet and spicy Gochujang marinade, but would have been really perfect if they could up the spiciness a notch. Still a comforting dish to have especially on a cold day!
