Bone marrow $13 could have been dish on it's own. Devoured by the 2 of us. The fats melted so nicely together with the squid ink, stabbed on the nicely toasted and charred bread. Heaven.
Next up was the duck tagliatelle $24 -> eat this first if you have too as the bone marrow really mellowed the taste of this pasta. What a waste. Moving on the the pork chop with apple $24... the ingredients paired so well together. The dish highly balanced. Pork went well with the sauce and apples, the mash was really good with the beetroot crunchies... finally after, I had another taste of the duck tagliatelle and it was just right. Overall $43 for 1 starter and 2 mains thanks to burpple beyond. I will be back!!!
