A zen themed Japanese restaurant located in Taipan, the restaurant is decorated with fake grasses, very peaceful and comforting.
Food wise, the quality of food is not too far away from other commercial sushi places like Sushi Zanmai and Rakuzen, it's just that they give more generous serving portion and they used fresh ingredients.
We ordered 4 pcs of Lobster Salad Roll (RM9.9) that is soo delish! There's both soft and crispy mouthfeel when you munch on this precious roll. Dip it on the soy sauce and savour! I'm a fan of Chuka Kurage (RM11.9) and the Chuka Kurage here was served generously and you can tell that it's fresh.
For those that crave for rice bowl, can try their Tori Kara Age Mayonezu Ojyu (RM14.9), it's a bowl of rice served with crispy chicken drizzled with their special mayo sauce, the chicken is soo ohsem i tell you! 😋And another highlight of the day would be their Surume Ika (RM25.9) which is a grilled whole squid with Teriyaki sauce! Chewy, soft and satisfying piece by piece of squid meat. Not salty, not heaty, just perfect (waiting time 20 minutes for this dish)
I suggest to skip their Soft Shell Crab Temaki (RM7.9), there's nothing wrong with the soft shell crab, it's just that the hand roll tasted too soggy and nothing much special about it :(
For a fresh, cooling drink, please give their Passion Fruit Soda a try. They use real passion fruit puree and they added the fruity popping bubbles (i was so addicted to it) omg!
Overall: worth to come back, definitely will come back!
Tip: cash and credit card acceptable, children friendly, friendly staff that will guide you through the menu
Parking: a little tough to find a decent one
