This popular hot pot joint means business when it comes to all things steamy and comforting. After the extinction of their famed shark collagen broth last November, they implemented a new Beauty Collagen Broth ($20) that is still delicious but slightly more savoury, comprising of compoy, pork trotter, chicken feet, chicken and pork bones. Burppler Veronica Phua also recommends ordering the baby spinach with this. Their Spicy Nourishing Broth ($20) pairs well with their marinated meats and fried beancurd rolls that Burppler Kar Yan Yeong reccomends sticking into the broth for a maximum of three seconds to avoid sogginess!
