Yes please!🍜🙂 A little on the pricey side ($8.80) for this commonly seen dish at hawker centres, but its quality is assured, as can be seen by the snaking long queues during meal times. Not to worry though, because the line moves quite fast! Orders were taken in queue and our orders came decently quick too.
I ordered the mixed fish version as i couldn't decide on one but found myself preferring the non-fried fish slices instead. The fish slices were just of the right thickness for me and the meat was tender, sweet and flavourful without being too fishy. Oh and the skin was removed from the fish too (yay😅) The strands of thick beehoon was smooth and silky. Of course, you can opt for rice/porridge options or even go carb-less!
