Missed having Lor Mee - a seriously long time since I last sat down with a bowl of hot, thick gravy-smothered noodles - and this version from Keng Heng (Whampoa) Teochew Lor Mee at Golden Mile Food Centre was a very full-flavoured 'welcome back'.

Thai food in my tummy 😋 Tried to order glutinous rice like the locals but it doesn't absorb as much soup as regular steamed rice.

Fish Crab Salad (basically som tum but a salty version with crab).

And so I was brought to this stall at level 2 Golden Mile Complex and was told that the yummiest Thai Boat Noodle was served here.

First meal out when I came back to Singapore.

Literally a regular ordering pretty much the same thing all the time.

A bigger version of Thai Boat Noodles.

Kai Jiao (Thai Omelette) with Rice and Som Tum 👍🏻

[Beach Rd] Anything you can eat with a straw is usually good.
