I was enticed by the pictures of buns overflowing with salted egg yolk paste but unfortunately most of the rich paste had sunk to the bottom of the bun, such that the base of the bun was covered in a thick layer of hardened salted egg yolk paste. As a result, the center of the bun had barely any salted egg yolk paste, as seen in the picture. At least the bread is fluffy and can be eaten with my own bread spreads at home.
