Fried chicken cubes coated in a squid ink sweet tomato sauce atop salad and charcoal brioche bun with nachos on the side. The sweet tomato sauce provides most of the flavour for the fried chicken here, which gives it a tangier and sweet flavour as compared to the savoury flavours that squid ink provides (done purposefully so for squid ink is an acquired taste after all). Overall quite fitting for a dish sold at a place named "Black Tongue" for its almost totally black aesthetic (perhaps it's why this is one of their recommended items). Personally found the brioche fluffy and light, and quite liked the concept of it being an open-faced burger (I am in for anything that isn't too carby), though m I am not sure if we took a little too long for photos but the crispy chicken wasn't as crispy as what I would have expected.
