Fairfax ($12) was a simple one, with cage-free scrambled eggs, chives, caramlised onions, cheddar cheese & sriracha mayo in between soft warm fluffy brioche buns. We added bacon (+ $3) & also added beef patty (+ $4) to another to amplify the flavours. On its own, its a stunner with the runny eggs no doubt, but with the addition of fatty meat, oof, the flavour changes. Will I have it again? I guess if I'm craving for it & if there's no long queue, then yeah sure.โ
