Ichiban Boshi’s 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐮 is one of my favourites because the meat is not only juicy and well-coated on both sides (not breaking off from the meat easily), but also served with nice tonkatsu sauce!
