Wowza! This was the highlight of our meal. Think roti John, but better than any John out there. Perfectly toasted bread that's just the right texture, crispy on the outside but not enough to cut your hard palate, and chewy on the inside but not dense till the point of badly done thick-crust pizzas. Oh boy what a mouthful, but doesn't beat the mouthful of flavours that will delight your tastebuds with every bite you take. Don't worry, your eyes won't be left out- dat ooze doe. Evidently, my photo doesn't do it justice. Stuffed with (cream?) cheese and mushrooms, drizzled with truffle oil (too bad not the real deal, but not complaining tbh), this dish will be bringing me back for more.
