The raw marinated crab and shrimp set includes a small stew, side dishes and a bowl of rice drizzled with sesame oil and soy sauce and some roasted seaweed. The best way to enjoy the gejang (crab) is to suck the flavour-packed crab meat out of the shell or squeeze the meat out on your rice and mix well. It's known as the "rice thief" for a reason as the crab meat was deliciously savory from its marination in a mild soy-sauce based brine. The marinated prawn (ganjang saewoo) was a nice bitey size and had a firm texture as well.
