I recently had the pleasure of trying Five Fortune Big Prawns Claypot and I must say, it was absolutely divine.
The broth was rich and flavourful, with just the right amount of seasonings to bring out the natural sweetness of the prawns. What really set this prawn broth apart, however, was the depth of flavour that came from the slow-cooking process. The broth had a satisfying umami taste, with hints of fresh, natural sweetness that lingered on the palate.
