Finally, I have more time to chill with my folks, so we decided to head to Jurong West 505 Market & Food Centre in my neighbourhood since two of the stalls have been listed in Michelin Bib Gourmand 2021.
Ordered the chwee kueh [a.k.a. steamed rice cake with preserved radish] from Jian Bo Shui Kueh piled with savoury & sinfully-oily fried chai poh [a.k.a. preserved radish] that complements well with the steamed rice cake which on its own is quite bland.
