Pork tenderloin served with mash potatoes and peppers. The pork was cooked rather well, although the gravy did help to make it less dry. Not sure, but I thought I got a whiff of truffle from the mash. I really liked the addition of the peppers which helped to provide some acidity to quite a heavy dish. Priced at a rather hefty $28, I was expecting something pretty mind blowing. While it was pretty good, I would say that the price is a little on the steep side.
