Trio of caramelised char siew, roasted sio bak and roasted duck with a choice of mee pok / mee kia 》$11.80

I love char siew and this is definitely one of the better ones out there. There is a nice distribution of fats & meat with the outer layer nicely charred and caramelised that melts in my mouth. Although the sio bak is not as attractive, it was also done well with tender meat and crispy crackling skin. The roasted duck came with a light and crispy skin that looked quite similar to their char siew. The meat was tender and flavourful with the use of herbs and spices.

Last but not least, the mee pok was cooked al-dente with the right texture. It was very springy and not clumpy at all. Do not be deceived with this plain looking bowl of noodles that turned out very flavourful with their special sauce, chilli, bak chor and onsen egg. It was so good that I will come back just to have a bowl of their noodles.
