My in-law's helper is indeed a very fast learner. After watching me make sushi 🍣 a few days back, she made it on her own and I have to say it's way neater than mine! We had steamed salmon for dinner, so some of it was used to make this sushi. Who wants to try her sushi? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

Bento Recipe:
🔸Omelette: Ingredients include eggs, @AyamBrandSG's sardines in black bean sauce, chopped onion, tomatoes, oil and pepper to taste. Fry all ingredients together. As the black bean sauce can be a little salty, you may cut down on the salt.
🔸Salmon sushi: Ingredients include sushi rice, dried seaweed and salmon flakes. Place seaweed on sushi mat, followed by rice and then salmon on top. Wrap tightly. Cut into into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife.
🔸Bento box: Line one row of sushi at the side. On the other end, place the bread (I usually like those with wholemeal or grains) to form the base, then add the omelette and cheese above. Cover with another bread slice. Lastly, add cherry tomatoes to fill up the gaps.
