Delicious and one of the better beef bowls with thinly sliced wagyu beef served on rice, with onsen egg, mushrooms, fish roe and garlic chips. The addition of so many small ingredients added to the complexity of the flavor of the beef bowl, which was already amazing just from the wagyu beef slices. The slices were soft, juicy and easy to eat, not chewy, along with truffle flavor. The onsen egg added creaminess to the rice while the garlic chips added a crispy texture and fragrant garlic taste.
