So what sets Kichi Kichi’s Omu Rice apart from those we have in Singapore? First off, the fantabulous show that you get to witness the Chef perform while cooking your portion on the spot 🤓, secondly you get a smooth and gooey texture of eggs and thirdly your fried rice tastes more flavourful 😌 just before pouring the sauce, the Chef pointed out ‘beef sauce’. This is one sauce I can’t really fathom though; it’s light and yet slightly salty. I can’t decide if I like it or not. Those who have tried, did you guys like the sauce? 🤔
