Three Years In A Balloon in the newest cafe opened by Wimbly Lu. The Kaya Toast Pudding sounded really promising, but the top layer of bread seemed a bit too stiff and tough and that although the bread inside was custardy, it could have been more pillowy soft as well. There was a light tinge of pandan taste from the Kaya, but preferred it to be stronger too. All in all its not too bad, but there's space to improve on.
