I count myself very lucky to have tried this dish at Forest, where the I experienced the result of Chef Sam Leong's culinary skills. These prawns, even though it was wok-fried till fragrant, remains tender and succulent. That sweet, sticky, savoury marmite sauce coated every inch of the prawn and sealed the deal for me.
