Both stalls are from east coast lagoon and the thought of coming here always brings me excitement. Here, the Sambal is the star! And it has been consistent throughout these years! Its spicy/savory/sweet profile really stands out and when paired with the stingray and rice, it’s where the magic happens!👍🏽
