This place is located just a minute walking distance from Raffles Place mrt. Decided to give it a try since I pass by this restaurant almost everyday.

For just $21++, you got 2 same set with ice lemon tea under Beyond 1 for 1 deal. Not bad overall. The place is a bit crowded during lunch hour, you may either visit them before 12pm or after 1.30pm to avoid the crowds.
