This is the best Lo Mai Chi I have tasted so far. The Lo Mai Chi here taste like the ones I had when I was younger, bringing back sweet childhood memories with every bite. The filling is a salty and sweet ground peanut sugar mixture enveloped by a gummy, chewy thin layer of mochi coated with flour. My cousins would call then ‘ZhaDan’ (bomb). I guess you can call them that too, since the outer layer is so thin that upon the slightest pressure it will tear and the fillings would start oozing out. BEST-NYA!! 📍Location:I got these kuih from a sweet old lady at a road side stall found in Mahkota Cheras , same row as 99Mart and GoodYear. I highly recommend their Lo Mai Chi.
