Expensive, but extremely worth the price! While the majority of customers at Yoogane were relishing on the Chicken Galbi hot plate, we decided to go for the seemingly less popular option of the bulgogi hot plate. It came in raw, with leeks, onions and carrots, as well as an assorted array of dokboki while the service staff skillfully cooked the contents of the dish for us. Taste wise, this dish was very flavourful and we really enjoyed the different dokboki rice cakes like the mozzarella stuffed one, and my personal favourite was the Sweet Potato Dokboki that actually contained sweet potato within the rice cake. We added in one serving of ramen noodle as well that was very satisfactory and well integrated into the hot plate. Another thing that I enjoyed thoroughly at Yoogane was the free flow of side dishes. They offered things like kimchi, pickled radish and a salad but I have to say that the kimchi definitely deserves a special mention for truly being an appetite opener!
