The salmon was cooked perfectly. The skin was crispy and gave a beautiful crunchy texture to the dish. The honey mustard sauce complimented the fish and potato wedges well. Although the taste of the siow pai cai was a tad strong for my liking, the dish went together extremely well. Another preference would be to have the potato wedges crispy on the outside and soft on the inner, but otherwise yummy yummy👍🏼😊
