Have been eyeing this for a looooong time and we finally came by. Was a little sad that our slice wasn’t as brunt or as oozy as others we’ve seen, but we still absolutely loved the creamy blend of cheeses used here - especially the distinct touch of blue cheese! It was so creamy but surprisingly well balanced. Would have liked the tart shell to be less thick, but I’ll definitely be back. Hopefully, our next slice will have a better caramelized top with a more melty cheese centre.
