When I was lunching at this air-conditioned outlet for the first time today, what startled me was how sweet and tender the Premium Pork Ribs were. Every bite was so blissful I couldn't stop smiling.
Two of the three side dishes that I tried were more than just passable as well, with the puffy "tau pok" being saturated in gravy and the "kiam chye buay" exuding lots of depth from the pork fat used. The "youtiao" was however, only so-so. Soup is the light and peppery sort (but not to the point of leaving me gasping for water). The staff also comes around regularly to check if you want a top-up which is nice.
