Greeted the weekend with the breeze in my hair as I plowed through a couple of rounds of charcoal grilled food, starting with this tray of BBQ ribs, roast pork and piquant pickles. As tasty as their meats were, the real winners for me were their side dishes. I was thoroughly charmed by the creativity of the chef and his crew with the different vegetables.
