Kau Kee is known for probably the best beef brisket noodles in Hong Kong. Apologies for the haphazard photo, but this right here is SO EFFING DELICIOUS. The beef brisket and tendon are braised in curry for a sufficiently long time. The end result is fork-tender meat and almost melt-in-your-mouth tendon that has absorbed all that goodness. Do not miss this!!
