Tucked away in the corner of the second level in this old shopping centre is a tiny eatery called "Good Will". For so small a space, it offers a reasonably good variety of "Teochew muay" type of dishes (to be eaten with porridge or rice), double-boiled soups and even a few sandwiches. I like the plain boiled three-layer pork for its simplicity. Have it with the accompanying condiments for a wonderful harmony of flavours.
