Live jumping prawn cooked in a wooden tub with charcoal at bottom and some chinese herbs inside and some rose wine in it.
The prawn is perfectly cooked for just 5 minutes. It's super fresh & delicious!! This is one of the most unique dishes I ever seen & eaten. It tastes like drunken prawn but without the soup. All the herbs taste was absorbed into the prawn.
