Available only till 9th July, this Lobster Briyani is nothing but love! The crustacean is cooked to perfection, retaining fresh, bouncy flesh beneath that tsunami of rempah sauce - which, I must say, really makes the dish. The basmati rice, though decent, lost the battle to the lobster, as well as that zesty homemade acar on the side. Also worth noting are those skin-on potatoes and a deep-fried hard boiled egg. Get a buzz from the Buzzy Bandung (RM10.90) if you enjoy a sweet and fizzy fix. If not, skip and stick to water to wash down all that luxury happening between the lips.
