I felt that the dark chocolate (bitter) and hazelnut (nutty) covered up hojicha (roasted tea) and yuzu (light and sour) flavour and taste. But if you separate the layers for the cake, you should be able to taste it in different flavour individually. for my overall experience, I always like to eat and enjoy dessert but I tried my best not to eat too much stuff as I do it in the past.
