Had what I would think would be the must-order “standard” item from the Lawry’s menu. My roast beef - California cut - was served with the famed spinning bowl salad performed table side, creamed spinach and Yorkshire pudding. My favourite side would be the Yorkshire pudding - definitely one of the better ones I’ve had! It was puffy, fragrant and yet ‘custardy’ in the centre. It’s the perfect carb to soak up all the excess brown sauce. Creamed spinach was decent but a lil’ too ‘limpy’ for my liking. I’ve had better creamed spinach elsewhere. Mashed potatoes were creamy, smooth and flavourful - a standard you would expect from Lawry's

We were also served 2 portions of Horseradish whipped cream tin two variations - 1 with a stronger wasabi flavour, 1 with a sweeter note and less hints of wasabi. I definitely preferred the roast beef doused in their signature gravy/ brown sauce. The husband quite enjoyed the roast beef with wasabi tho.
