For someone who just like to eat and drink iced tea, whatever kind of tea is okay with any food. Not knowing that there is such thing as Tea Pairing. Thanks to @dilmahsg for educating and letting us experience the bliss of eating meals with correct tea to enhance the flavour upon every bite.

In Meyer House, they served us Homer's Breakfast. Although it was a common American Breakfast with the presence of bacon, sausages, eggs, baked beans and salad, it was delightful and visually satisfying. The pairing of Dilmah's English Breakfast Tea with it balanced the flavours to the palate especially that, with all of these in one plate can be quite overwhelming. This meal is surely for sharing or else, too filling. 😊
