Prawn Mee by Joe Yang

Came all the way to Tekka Food Centre for a good bowl of prawn mee. I would usually go for their soup version as the soup is really flavour but today's weather tells me to get the dry version instead.

My day off was filled with food joys and surprises, starting with 545 Whampoa Prawn Noodles for the old school prawn noodles that you absolutely got to try.

Adore the al dente rice vermicelli, with a good mix of sweetness, spiciness flavours combined with the lightly but flavourful soup.
