Another creative dessert by Miam Miam. Not your typical stack of pancakes but a piece of pancake made and risen like a soufflé.

Yes I can eat the pancakes by itself. But the pancake specials were just as tempting. We chose the apple granola pancake, which comes with a vanilla sot serve. Yum!

I have to point out that the vanilla soft serve is amazing as well. At first it looked like a frozen yogurt soft serve to me because it's just so light and translucent. But it's actually vanilla ice cream! I heard they look translucent because they use half the cream of what ice cream recipes mostly need to give it a lighter experience. Kudos to that! Love it so much!

The apples are tossed in cinnamon and mixed with some granola and raisins. The combination is sinfully delicious but there's a good balance between sweet from ice cream, tartness from apple, crunch from granola and to wrap it all up is the fluffy pancake soufflé. Mmmmm... 😍

Food: 9/10 Price: 7/10 (RM 19.80 - another expensive item considering the size. Not too bad for a great fancy dessert though!)
